LESSONS IN VIRTUE II

Some men think that submission is only for women, but no sir, submission is also for men, they must also learn to submit. You submit to Christ as your wife submits to you. She is submitted to you but there's expectation as a man of God to be submitted to Christ.

Moreso, If a man has a distinction in this life of the grace of God and he does not look to a power higher than him, that man is ultimately in trouble. One day, he will land in trouble and no man will be able to get him out because he is his own island, his own Jesus and his own Holy Spirit. He does everything for himself after all he is a man.

Brother, you ought to have a spiritual father in your life who can call you and ask what you are doing with a certain woman who is not your wife. You must have someone like that in your life. You cannot live with the attitude of, ‘ I am a man and no one talks to me.’
The fear of the lord causes us to submit to one another in love.

PRAYER: Thank you God for the wisdom of submission, that this mind is not only in the women of our day but is also in the men of our generation. We thank you that it teaches us to seek spiritual accountability even in the life of marriage; that we are not our own people but that there are those you have appointed to watch over our souls. Let this knowledge work to save marriages Lord, to raise men that understand the importance of spiritual covering. In the name of Jesus. Amen.
