PHANEROO~DEVOTION 5thDecember, 2015 OF REDEMPTION Apostle Grace Lubega

[1 Peter 1:23]  Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God,  which liveth and abideth for ever.

Many Christians cannot understand the Christ revealed to a certain level. They prefer and need a preservation of holding mass, order of service and peripheral experiences that make it church but without Christ revealed.

The redemption of God is not the preservation of men’s lives. His redemption is the death of one life and another life springing out to walk like Christ on earth. He did not redeem you to keep you alive, he redeemed you to kill you and birth another incorruptible seed that is born out of a certain nature and line that is incorruptible. He wanted to kill what can die to raise what can’t die.

When that anointing goes to Lystra , gets beaten because they are not comfortable with his gospel and leave him for dead, he still jumps right back. You can’t kill a dead man. The next day, he went to another city, proclaiming the very testimony that got him beaten.

That is who you are child of God; just when they think you are down and beaten; just when they assume that it  is the end of you; when they say that this time we hit him good, you bounce right back!

Excerpt from the sermon: THE REVELATION OF CHRIST by Apostle Grace Lubega

By the testimony of redemption, God killed what can die and raised what can’t die.

PHANEROO~DEVOTION 4thDecember 2015 OF PROPHECY Apostle Grace Lubega

[Revelation1:1]; The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John.

The ardent mind in God’s revelation to John was not necessarily prophesy but the revelation of Christ. He was not just saying, this and that is going to happen. That is the problem with many prophets; they know events and affairs; they don’t know the revelation of Christ behind what is revealed to them.

Some prophets cannot go to the backend to see what and why he has revealed this and that. They only stand in the testimony of what is revealed to establish themselves, and that is why saints are not perfected for the work of the ministry to the edification of the body. There is no perfection in being told an event when the revelation of Christ is not known.

There are people who have gone past proving Christ. Prophecy cannot only be directional, it must be revelational. There is a line of prophecy for those who are babes or those who are still on milk. To them, prophecy is just to prove the existence of God. The bible says, for if there be a prophet among you, they shall speak forth and they that don’t believe shall believe and bow their heads down and say there is a God.

However, after they believe, prophecy changes course.  It goes past the average explanation of the events that must take place to explaining the revelation of Christ behind what is revealed.

PHANEROO~DEVOTION 3rd December, 2015 HOW IT WORKS Apostle Grace Lubega

[Mathew 9:2]; And, behold, they brought to him a man sick of the palsy, lying on a bed: and Jesus seeing their faith said unto the sick of the palsy; Son, be of good cheer; thy sins be forgiven thee.

One time I was called to pray for a person. When I was going to pray for them, the Holy Spirit told me that this man had spoken too much negativity upon his life before and it would take too much for his spirit, to be reversed for him to believe.

I said, ‘God he might not have faith but I have faith’ and God said ‘okay, if you believe that you have faith enough to raise him off that table, I assure you that he will walk out of that bedroom 100% healed but your faith is not going to sustain him in this life unless  he builds his own.’

As long as the Lord lives, I prayed for the fellow, he got back on his feet, the doctors were amazed, he was 100% healed because the disease on him was not defined anywhere as one that can be survived by any man yet he did.

He went back home. Later, I received a phone call telling me that he had died. He died because the Lord had spoken to me earlier telling me that some people set certain principles in their lives  much earlier, that even when you carry them with your prayer, it can only help them if they are proximate enough for you to continually minister to them.  So, the mistake that we make is to be distant from them and when trouble comes, they are destroyed.

Some people have faith but some others entirely depend on the faith of other people. If men should live by your faith, you had better be prepared to keep them in your proximity but the moment they walk out of your radar and the radius of your influence cannot reach them, whether you want it or not, the devil will trample on them.

Excerpt from the sermon; RHYTHMS OF GRACE 24TH APRIL, 2015 by Apostle Grace Lubega.

PHANEROO~DEVOTION 2nd December, 2015 GOD, THE ULTIMATE NUMBER Apostle Grace Lubega

[Jeremiah 17:5]  Thus saith the LORD; Cursed be the man That trusteth in man, and maketh flesh his arm, and whose heart departeth from the LORD.

When the bible tells us that cursed is he that trusts in the arm of flesh for it will fail you, it means that in a situation when you are faced with a battle, the worst thing that you will face is to count on the people around you.

Many times, I have heard Christians say, “you are going through this, but don’t worry, we are standing with you.” That is supposed to be an encouragement. It is good that we are encouraged in the Lord but there are things that transcend encouragement to the place where reality sets in and whether there are ten or three thousand people besides you, the fact is that disease has come into your body and you are going to die.

There are times I have seen people in hospital battling cancer and have all friends and loved ones around them yet there is another person next to them, languishing in the same pain with its blistering intensity and there is no body attending to them.  Amazingly, the person who has the whole family around them, sadly dies and the other person stays alone in the hospital, eating the worst meals that you can imagine and guess what, that person still comes out of all that alone.

It is good to have our friends and family around us in times of trouble but it still doesn’t make sense if God is not with us. It doesn’t make the number if GOD is not with us because God doesn’t just send us the numbers, God is the ultimate number in our lives.

PHANEROO~DEVOTION 1st December 2015 MEN OUGHT TO PRAY Apostle Grace Lubega

[Luke 18:1]; And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint.

One time I was talking to God and I told him, ‘sometimes, I pray but I don’t feel like praying. I pray in tongues because the Bible says the mind does not profit but the spirit understands.  Sometimes it just doesn’t make sense why I am praying.’

Of course I knew that he that speaks in tongues speaks mysteries unto God and edifies himself. I knew the meaning at that level. I heard his voice tell me “when you pray, it is always a reminder to the spirit world that you are on earth and you are up to something.”

So, as you speak in tongues, you are producing ideas. These things that you see come in ministry and increase in our lives are a result of that. The tongues that we spoke many years ago meant we were up to something.

As you speak in tongues you are aligning your job and your ministry; you are restoring your marriage, your mother’s disease is leaving, your sister is getting restored, your brother is  abandoning drugs, certain doors are opening for you,  for that preaching engagement to come in two or three weeks, the Holy ghost will manifest before you speak.

So speak in tongues like you are up to something; as someone who wants to create something in our world. Speak in tongues like someone who needs a manifestation of certain things.

Excerpt from PRAYER SESSIONS with Apostle Grace Lubega

PHANEROO~DEVOTION 30th November 2015 ABIDING Apostle Grace Lubega

[1 John 2:27]; But the anointing which ye have received of him abideth in you, and ye need not that any man teach you: but as the same anointing teacheth you of all things, and is truth, and is no lie, and even as it hath taught you, ye shall abide in him.

If a deep man walks out of God and abandons the Christian life, understand that he did not feed from a certain dimension. The Bible speaks of a place where the fowls cannot reach. There is a place in God that the devil cannot find regardless of how hard he tries to find it. Some men are too hid in God to be found by the devil.

The Bible says that the  spirit teaches us and when he does, it is to abide. The place of abiding is not a sentimental instruction. It is a place of knowledge. Men abide to the levels they know. If you don’t know, you can’t abide. So if somebody claims not to have the strength to pray, it means that there is something they don’t know.

There are things that when you start to know them, people will have to even remind you that you haven’t eaten because you are always in the presence of God. Every line of abiding has a place of teaching and instruction. It is out of the abundance of the things God has spoken to men that those men dwell therein even more, because every time the word of God floods a man’s spirit, there is a way it makes that man feel.

As we look and behold as in a mirror, we are changed, metamorphosed to the very image and likeness of our Lord and saviour Jesus and therefore through desire, a man having separated himself intermeddles with all kinds of wisdom and before you know it, he loses peace, sleep and appetite. He is in the word and on prayer mountains because he wants God.

This is all because there is a certain desire that has been sparked by the zeal of God produced in that man by reason of the things he is stumbling on as he moves in the spirit. These things cause him to abide.

Excerpt from the sermon: UNDERSTANDING OUR TIMES by Apostle Grace Lubega

The place of abiding is a place of knowledge. Men abide to the levels they know.

PHANEROO~DEVOTION 29th November 2015 FAILING ORACLES Apostle Grace Lubega

[1 Corinthians 2:2]; For I determined not to know anything among you save Jesus Christ and him crucified.

This is what the Lord started to show me days ago. I was carried in the spirit and I saw the word “FAILING ORACLES.”  I saw men who were walking but fainting. They were trying to speak things but those things didn’t become sound doctrine; they were just words.

However, even as they were labouring to do these things, they were becoming weaker and as they opened their lips to utter what they believed was the word of God, they realized that as the words came out, the oracles failed, their beauty was scarred and their glory was brought to dust because what they defined as revelation was actually no longer revelation in the ears of men.

It is one thing for a man to know his state and another for him not to know his state. It is remarkable when a man is still in the presence of God, seeking his face every day, preaching the gospel always and yet the brooks are so dry, with his countenance so compromised, but he stands in front of people daily ministering to them what he feels is deep and is life, yet it is nothing to the men who hear him. His conscience is too seared for him to discern the true place of revelation and examine himself whether he still be in the faith.

As such, I saw places where preachers were judged by the men which heard them. They were weighed by the valleys of Ashkelon, and I realized that many men were weighed and found wanting because every time they tried to delve into depths of ministering Christ, he wasn’t the Christ in whom they lived, and ministered through by reason of the dispensation of his ministry to them; it was the place of men which had received by reason of exercising their senses only.

There is a place where you can exercise your senses to know what is good and evil and that is where many men end, but there is a place where your senses are no longer central because even though it is important for a man to know what is good and what is evil, there is a depth where a man only knows one thing; Christ dead and resurrected.
