PHANEROO~DEVOTION 1st March 2016 CLOSETS Apostle Grace Lubega

[Matthew 6:6]; But thou, when thou prayest, enter into thy closet, and when thou hast shut thy door, pray to thy Father which is in secret; and thy Father which seeth in secret shall reward thee openly.

When you understand the principle of praying in secret, you will never be jealous of another man because you will simply appreciate that they have exercised their spirit through a working relationship with God and you can do likewise. That is why the mature spirit cannot be jealous or compete.

The Bible says that the servant of God must not strive. Strife comes from them who don’t know how to provide for their own ministry. That is why one worshipper can feel bad when another sings better than them because they think that it is about the voice. It is not about the voice. It is about who the worshipper is when they are alone with God.

Sometimes we overlook the importance of relating intimately with God in prayer, forgetting, whatever works through us on the outside carries its bearing from what he does in us as we seek his face. Child of God, your closet spells your pulpit. Never forget that. The closet that you have as regards your relationship with Jehovah God proves your pulpit because the Lord who sees you do in secret will richly reward you. You just need to go into a successful man’s place of secrecy and find out what exactly he does before his God because salvation is personal. No man shines so bright up there without something in there. No man. Don’t be deceived. Things don’t just happen.
