[Luke 16:8]; And the Lord commended the unjust steward because He had done wisely: for the children of this world are in their generation wiser than the children of the light.

I saw a certain man a few days ago who was once a devil worshipper but had converted to Christianity. He said that when he was young, he grew up seeing his relatives levitating in the air. They could go as far as eighty feet above the ground.

He said that it became too natural for him that when he went to school and did it but found that his fellow students could not, he was so surprised. He went back home and asked his father why other children could not do it.
He said that things like teleportation and getting out of his physical body were normal to him. He thought it was for everyone and was shocked to find that not everyone lived like him.

The reason why Jesus walked on water was not so that he could show the disciples that he could walk on water. He is God. He cannot be proved and did not need to prove himself. It was his kind of life; his nature.

However, if you walked on water today, you would be called a cult. There are things that I read of in the bible and I know that if they happened in this day and age, they would be referred to as cultic, practices.

For example, the instance of Moses' rod turning into a snake and his snake swallowing all the other magicians' snakes. That would be cultic, no doubt.

The Lord told me that the church is moving into something that eye has not seen, ear has not heard and has not entered the hearts of men. They won't be cultic. They will do those things because they know who they are.

If you think that Jesus' act of walking on water was a miracle, watch and see, because he promised that greater works shall we do.
